Thomas F. Hash, 53, is president of Bechtel National, Inc., Bechtel's high-technology government contracting arm.
A leading industry figure in the U.S. government services market, Hash joined Bechtel in 1996 after a 26-year career with Babcock & Wilcox. Prior to his current position, Hash served as Bechtel National's manager of marketing and business development where he helped guide the company's growing involvement in the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) operations and management market, and helped shape Bechtel National's role as a major player in the chemical demilitarization field and demilitarization work in the former Soviet Union.
John A. MacDonald, 47, is president of Bechtel Mining & Metals and directs Bechtel's work worldwide in the areas of mining and metals and minerals processing.
Since joining Bechtel in 1974, MacDonald has served in a number of key management positions including vice president and manager of mining and metals marketing and strategy; manager of mining and metals in Asia Pacific; managing director of Bechtel Australia; and manager of special projects and business development for Bechtel's mining and metals operations in Canada.
Ronald F. Naventi, 55, is manager of operations for Bechtel National.
He joined Bechtel in 1979 as an engineering supervisor, and since then has held key engineering and management positions in the areas of advanced technology, advanced security programs, and defense and space. Naventi is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and is a registered electrical engineer in Massachusetts and a registered control systems engineer in California.
