Located in the United Arab Emirates, the plant will be designed to treat nearly 23 million cubic meters of natural gas and produce 6,400 tonnes of natural gas liquids per day. Bechtel will perform engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning work. The plant will be completed in 38 months.
Bechtel also is working on the expansion of a big onshore gas development project for Gasco in Habshan, some 130 kilometers southwest of Abu Dhabi.
