Collaboration brings together global EPC expertise and local construction capabilities to support complex project delivery
Bechtel, a global leader in engineering, procurement, construction, and project management, today announced an agreement with Echeverría Izquierdo Montajes Industriales S.A. (EIMISA), a leading Chilean construction and industrial services company, to support the delivery of select large-scale mining and infrastructure projects in Chile and across South America.
As mining investment accelerates across the region, customers are placing greater emphasis on how complex projects are delivered — seeking efficient execution while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
Under the agreement, Bechtel and EIMISA will work together on projects where their capabilities are most complementary, combining Bechtel’s expertise in engineering, procurement, and project delivery with EIMISA’s proven track record in direct-hire construction across Chile.
