Mark Boulden is a Turbomachinery Specialist with Bechtel's Oil, Gas & Chemicals business unit, located in the Houston. His more than three decades of experience includes equipment specification, manufacture, field operation, technology assessment, testing, and root cause analysis.
Prior to joining Bechtel’s Power unit in 2001, he was with General Electric power, with roles including Manager of Gas Turbine Service Engineering, gas turbine manufacturing, casing casting and machining procurement, and Six Sigma deployment.
He is a member of the ASME PTC 22 (Gas Turbines Performance Test) code committee.
Mark is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Naval Nuclear Power program. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt at General Electric.
