Patrick Noon serves as the chief information officer for Bechtel. In this role, he provides leadership and functional oversight necessary to plan, deliver, and manage information technology (IT) products and services for the company’s offices and projects globally. 

Previously, Patrick was the manager of Strategy, Architecture, and Innovation focused on multi-year, integrated strategic roadmaps. He has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in engineering and IT management for several of Bechtel’s business units, including projects in the telecommunications and offshore industries. He has held assignments in several countries, including the U.K., Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Australia, the U.S., and Canada. 

Patrick holds a master’s degree in engineering from Imperial College in London and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from St. Joseph University in Lebanon. He is a Chartered Engineer in the U.K., a European Registered Engineer, and a Registered Engineer in Lebanon. Patrick is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
