Martyn Daw

commercial manager

Martyn Daw is the commercial manager for Bechtel. He supports the commercial aspects of major bids and significant contract negotiations to help Bechtel win key prospects, as well as providing commercial management throughout the project life cycle. He provides guidance and training on commercial matters across Bechtel’s business. He is based in Reston, VA, Bechtel’s corporate headquarters.

Martyn has over 35 years of experience in the global EPC industry and he has worked across multiple business sectors and regions. Prior to his current position, Martyn served in a number of roles in Bechtel’s legal department including as deputy general counsel, head of legal and commercial for the Infrastructure GBU, head of legal for the Energy GBU, head of legal for the [then] Power GBU and general counsel for the Nuclear, Security & Environmental GBU.

Martyn was elected a principal vice president in 2003 and a senior vice president in 2022. He received a Master of Arts degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.
