The National Society of Black Engineers 2026 Annual Convention

The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Annual Convention is one of the largest gatherings of engineering students and professionals in the world, bringing together thousands of attendees for several days of professional development, technical learning, networking, and career exploration. The conference includes leadership sessions, workshops, industry discussions, and one of the largest career fairs for engineering students and early-career professionals.

At the 2026 convention, Bechtel will participate in several key conference activities, including the Opening Ceremony, the NSBE Career Fair, and the NextGen Innovation Fair, which Bechtel is sponsoring. Throughout the conference, Bechtel colleagues will engage with students and professionals through technical sessions, networking events, and recruiting opportunities while recognizing the company’s 50 years of continuous partnership with NSBE and its long-standing commitment to supporting the next generation of engineers.
