Regional General Manager, Americas
Scott Osborne is the general manager for the Americas region of the Infrastructure business unit and is responsible for the region’s portfolio of power, communication, aviation, rail, and civil infrastructure projects.
Scott is also the power sector lead and serves as the senior executive representing the power sector both inside and outside of the company. Scott is responsible for global market analysis and the Power Center of Excellence to ensure the business is positioned to deliver on the power portfolio which encompasses thermal, renewable, and transmission work globally.
Previously, Scott was power operations manager, Americas, where he was responsible for project oversight and performance.
Prior to this assignment, Scott held leadership positions in Bechtel’s power global business unit including project director for the AT&T Mobility project, assistant project manager on the Elm Road Generating Station project, and manager of project controls. In addition, he held positions of increasing responsibility within project controls, on combined cycle and solid fuel projects, and held several rotational assignments including Six Sigma black belt, thermal insulation manager, and executive assistant to the president of Bechtel Power.
Scott was elected a principal vice president in 2013.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Colby College.
