Ross Hamilton

Ross Hamilton is the program manager of the Digital Enterprise Program (DEP), which enables Bechtel to deliver increased value to our customers by improving all aspects of project performance. Through digitalization, DEP will simplify and integrate our processes, tools, and systems to make them more efficient. DEP will transform Bechtel into an integrated, data-centric, and total-installed-cost optimized Engineering, Procurement and Construction execution organization. 

Previously, Ross was the project manager of the Mattawoman gas-fired power plant project in Maryland. He joined Bechtel Oil Gas & Chemicals business unit in 1992 as a graduate electrical engineer in London. Since then he has held positions of increasing responsibility with leadership roles on projects across business lines, business functions, and global locations.

Ross was elected principal vice president in 2019. Ross is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering Technology and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
