Kevin leads the diversity and inclusion program at Bechtel, where he oversees the talent management and promotion processes that support the company's diversity goals.  Kevin also manages Bechtel's relationships with several essential partner schools and minority professional organizations to attract diverse engineering, procurement, and construction talent to the organization. 

Before leading diversity and inclusion, Kevin led the quality and Six Sigma team in collaboration with Bechtel's key project execution disciplines. Prior to his quality assignment, Kevin was field engineering manager for the Dulles Corridor Metrorail project in Virginia. Kevin has also served in roles including lead field engineer and lead resident engineer. 

Kevin has a Master of Engineering in environmental engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Rutgers University.
