Jeff Sipes is global manager of Corporate Business Development for Bechtel Group, Inc. He leads corporate support for marketing, new business, and customer engagement efforts across Bechtel’s global business units, with a focus on creating and sustaining lasting customer partnerships. He also oversees Bechtel’s enterprise-wide strategic planning and analysis of global markets, trends, and emerging opportunities.

Jeff joined Bechtel in 2014 with more than 30 years of experience in the EPC industry, serving in various project management, operations, business development, and executive leadership roles in the United States, South America, and Asia. At Bechtel, he has served as global manager of Marketing and Business Development for the Oil, Gas and Chemicals (OG&C) business unit and general manager of OG&C’s Tanks business line. He was elected principal vice president in 2015 and, in his current role, is a member of Bechtel’s Operating Committee.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University.  He was elected to the Texas Tech Civil Engineering Academy in 2010 and serves as an ambassador for the University’s International Experience Program.
