Bechtel is a leader in environmental cleanup and management. We have more than 30 years of experience at more than 500 contaminated sites across the world.

Our wide-ranging capabilities and extensive experience continue to play a crucial part in the management of complex, multisite environmental programs. We have managed remediation programs across the United States for the U.S. Department of Energy at Hanford and other sites, the Department of Defense at military bases, and the Environmental Protection Agency at Superfund sites in both industrial and residential areas. We have also managed multisite environmental programs in the United States and around the world for such commercial customers as Chevron, GE, Southern Pacific, and Reynolds Metals.

Hanford Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant, Hanford, Washington
