Alterra Partners Signs 30-Year Concession Agreement to Operate Curacao International

As part of the concession, the Consortium will design and construct a new passenger terminal with a capacity of 1.6 million passengers per year in accordance with IATA Level of service standards “C”. These works are to be completed within three years of financial close at an estimated cost of US$ 35 million.
The engineering, procurement and construction works will be performed by affiliates of Bechtel.
