Cleaner Coal Technology takes a Big Step Forward

Nearly 1,600 Mississippi families who were displaced by Hurricane Katrina are now living in temporary housing provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), through its contractor Bechtel National, Inc. (BNI).
