Intergen Completes Financing And Breaks Ground On 1100-megawatt Redbud Energy Project In Oklahoma

InterGen announced the financial close of credit facilities for the Redbud Energy Project, an 1100-megawatt (MW) natural gas-fired, combined cycle power facility located near Luther, Oklahoma. With an estimated cost of approximately $740 million, Redbud is one of the single largest one-time private sector investments in the state of Oklahoma in over a decade.

Citadon, Inc, the leading provider of Internet- based project collaboration and business process management services for the engineering and construction industry, today announced that it has raised an additional $19 million in financing from an investment group led by Warburg Pincus LLC. The round also included additional investment by existing backers including GE Power Systems, GE Capital, Bechtel Enterprises and Internet Capital Group.

Bechtel Telecoms Selected By Microsoft As Early Adopter For Pocket Pc 2002

This application is expected to speed delivery of advanced Bechtel management services to customers.
