Kristin Homsi manages supply chain solutions and organizational efficiency for Bechtel’s Manufacturing and Technology business. She was instrumental to developing the business as a strategy manager on the Corporate Planning team.

Kristin joined Bechtel in 2004 in the Energy business unit in Houston, and has worked in supply chain and procurement roles on a number of energy projects, including the iconic QCLNG in Australia. She has specialized in managing complex procurement systems on global projects, and has developed strong relationships with Bechtel’s customers, contractors, and suppliers. In 2018, she managed global business strategy got the Energy business unit.

Kristin holds a BA in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, and an MBA from Baylor University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
