Principal Engineer
Freeman Self is a principal engineer in the Process Engineering group in Bechtel’s Energy global business unit. This group provides front-end and process engineering for liquefied natural gas (LNG), chemical, petroleum refining, and gas processing projects world-wide.
Freeman has over 35 years of experience in process and process safety engineering on large engineering and construction projects. His experience includes process design and development, project engineering, process safety and startup. Freeman has supported projects ranging from agricultural chemicals, mustard agent neutralization, LNG to various refining processes.
