Ashraf Alameria
Program Director, National Program Management Organization

With more than a decade of proven success working in multiple regions, including the Gulf Cooperation Council region‚Äč, Ashraf Alameria ‚Äčis the program director for the National Project Management Organization (NPMO) and manager of the Bechtel Riyadh Execution Center.

Ashraf joined Bechtel in 1999 as a mechanical engineer in Oil, Gas & Chemicals business unit. He went on to assume roles of increasing responsibility in Bechtel’s Water business line and Civil business, working as a construction manager on the Iraq Infrastructure Reconstruction project and later in London as system-wide global interface and contract manager on the High-Speed 1 rail project. He subsequently became manager of project management and construction for Tube Lines' public-private partnership program for London Underground, and project manager for the flagship Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi project. From 2013 through September of this year, Ashraf served as deputy program director for the BACS (Bechtel AGC-CCC-Siemens) consortium on the Riyadh Metro Project.

Ashraf holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the American University of Beirut.
