As part of Bechtel's commitment to building people and building a better future, we focus on three global platforms of stewardship, or social responsibility: volunteerism, education, and improving the quality of life.
Stewardship is shorthand for our company’s commitment to behave ethically and to help improve the quality of life in the communities where we live and work, collectively and as individuals. Bechtel’s stewardship efforts are centered on five Signature Programs that benefit our culture, our communities, and our reputation.
Each of our Signature Programs, Engineers Week; Engineers Without Borders; FIRST Robotics; Junior Achievement; and Ocean Exploration Trust, brings unique benefits to local communities around the world.
