What is the most exciting or challenging project you were involved in, and what was your role?
I was responsible for organizing a major international conference on nuclear power plants (SMiRT-22) for Bechtel in August 2013 in San Francisco. I was elected as the chairman of the conference.
What is the best career advice that you’ve received?
Understand the client's need and meet or exceed the expectation.
What do you see as the key skills that new engineers need to have in the global job market?
Flexibility to adopt change with technology.
What leadership skills do you think are needed to be a great engineer?
Maintain leadership in one specific technical area, but remain flexible to work on other areas.
