The Bechtel-led team building the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project has successfully completed the tunnel that will carry the future rail line under a portion of Tysons Corner, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C.

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has dismissed the complaint Michael Klink filed against Bechtel, saying the evidence did not support Mr. Klink’s claims.

A Benton County Superior Court judge in Washington state dismissed the case Walt Tamosaitis filed against Bechtel National, Inc. (BNI).

Bechtel and Network Rail successfully replaced a major bridge in Reading, England, in four days as part of Network Rail’s improvement program for Reading station and the surrounding area. To minimize disruption to train service, crews worked around the clock to demolish the old Cow Lane Bridge and install a new span.
