- Lighter-weight hard hats, better eye and face protection, and ergonomically improved tools and equipment
- A full-body harness to protect employees working at heights exceeding 6 feet (1.83 meters). Our fall protection system has become an industry model, used by labor unions and other construction firms worldwide.
- A back-injury prevention program of stretching exercise and training in lifting techniques that has substantially reduced back injury claims.
- A people-based safety program that puts the responsibility for changing and eliminating unsafe practices in the hands of workers with strong support from project management.
- An innovative program to protect workers who must climb on tall towers.
