Summer Hire Program
The Summer Hire Program at Bechtel's New Delhi office provides hands-on industry experience to students from select technical institutes and colleges. The program offers six- to eight-week assignments on various projects, under the supervision of a senior engineer. Interns are paid a stipend, and the program fulfills curriculum requirements at participating schools.
Employee Mentoring

Formal opportunities include Bechtel University’s online and instructor-led courses, support for professional certification and licenses, tuition reimbursement, and professional membership reimbursement in addition to other structured learning and development programs.
Informal opportunities include challenging assignments on projects and in offices, coaching, job shadowing, mentoring, and international assignments.
