About the Programme

If you’ve got what it takes, your experience on our four-year Graduate Development Programme could well be the most exciting time of your life.

In the first two years, you could be working on major projects anywhere in the world. And wherever it is you’re heading, you’ll be a crucial player on the Bechtel team. From day one, we’ll give you true responsibility and expect you to make important decisions. One thing we won’t do is pigeon-hole you early on. We’ll always encourage you to explore as many areas of the business as possible.

So while you’re honing your skills in your chosen field, you’ll also gain a broad insight into the entire organisation. It’s demanding work but also enjoyable, giving you the opportunity to learn while establishing working relationships and meeting new friends.
