Given the project’s location along 11 miles of one of the most congested highway sections of the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, the Dulles Metrorail Extension project team recognized early on the need to involve the traveling public in safety efforts.
The team took an innovative approach by taking to the airwaves. A series of personal radio ads, entitled "I'm Your Neighbor," featured project employees describing safety on the job and what motorists can do to improve safety around the project. Click on the links below to hear the ads.
