Bechtel begins the project by developing a comprehensive Project Execution Plan (PEP), working closely with our client to ensure that all objectives are aligned. The PEP:
- Develops a clear division of responsibilities (DOR) to assure complete understanding of the services and functions required for the program
- Establishes priorities for market business objectives
- Describes all tools, software, and hardware, as well as time frames for implementation
- Finalizes organizational structure and staffing requirements.
The PEP serves as a roadmap of the project. It is dynamic and subject to modification during the life of the project as requirements are refined and revised.
