Program Features
Bechtel’s graduate program in Australia is a three-year plan designed to help graduates develop personally and professionally within the company. The program includes:
- Rotations – Bechtel offers a huge array of learning opportunities. Rotations give graduates maximum exposure and experience within a variety of functions.
- Mentoring – Bechtel identifies a mentor who acts as your advisor, counselor, coach, and advocate, ensuring you receive appropriate professional development and support.
- On-Project Development - Graduates undertake productive, project-specific work and gain experience in working with various disciplines and departments.
