Our aim is to develop professionals who understand Bechtel’s technical and commercial business environment, know how our company operates, and have the opportunity to apply their skills to deliver projects that meet our customers’ needs—safely, on time, and within budget.

Program Features
Bechtel’s graduate program in Australia is a three-year plan designed to help graduates develop personally and professionally within the company. The program includes: 

  • Rotations – Bechtel offers a huge array of learning opportunities. Rotations give graduates maximum exposure and experience within a variety of functions.
  • Mentoring – Bechtel identifies a mentor who acts as your advisor, counselor, coach, and advocate, ensuring you receive appropriate professional development and support.
  • On-Project Development - Graduates undertake productive, project-specific work and gain experience in working with various disciplines and departments.
