If you were successful with Bechtel before, we’d be glad to have you back. In fact, if you rejoin us, we’ll try to make it feel as if you never left. If you return within five years of leaving, we’ll restore your prior Bechtel service in calculating paid time off, participation in bonus plans, and retirement awards.
Of course, you’ll also be able to participate once again in Bechtel’s benefits programs. Perhaps best of all, you can renew relationships with former colleagues who won’t have to wonder where you are now.
