Steven Katzman

Steve Katzman is the manager of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) functions.

During his career at Bechtel spanning more than 35 years, Steve has served in a variety of engineering, project management, and leadership roles.

Before his current role, He was senior project manager on the Angola LNG project. Steve also served as president of Bechtel Asia, and was responsible for operations and business development in the region.

Between 2007 and 2010, Steve was the senior project manager on the $9 billion Motiva Refinery Expansion project in Port Arthur, Texas. From 2001 to 2006, he was the project director for the $4.3 billion CSPC Nanhai Petrochemical Complex in China. He also served as a regional manager for the Oil, Gas & Chemicals business unit based in Singapore.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn New York.
