Manager, Human Resources
Justin Zaccaria is Bechtel’s corporate manager of Human Resources (HR).
Managing all HR operations for Bechtel, Justin partners with the company’s global business units, functions, and services to ensure HR programs and talent align with the enterprise strategy. This includes governance of all policies and programs related to employee total rewards, HR technology, employee relations, and talent growth investments. He also has functional oversight of people strategy and development, including HR innovation, company culture initiatives, and talent development.
Justin joined Bechtel in 2001 in staffing and recruiting for the Power business, and, in the years afterward, he held HR positions of increasing responsibility across multiple businesses both in domestic and international home offices and field assignments.
In 2012, Justin was named HR manager for the Oil, Gas & Chemicals business, responsible for developing key strategic business partnerships with project, functional, and senior management. Justin then transitioned to Saudi Arabia to serve as project services manager on the Riyadh Metro project. In this capacity, Justin was responsible for HR, Office & Administrative Services, transportation, and accommodations for the Bechtel joint venture. He transferred to Reston, Virginia in late 2015 to fill the role of deputy corporate manager of HR, which he held until his current appointment in July 2017.
Throughout his career, Justin has earned his reputation for execution excellence, inclusive and collaborative leadership, and partnering with business leaders across the organization.
Justin is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland.
