Safety Milestones Q2 2002

• The Bechtel team at Jubail Industrial City has completed 3.9 million hours without a lost-time accident. Bechtel has been building a city at the site of a former fishing village since the mid-1970s.
• At the Atlantic LNG Trains 2 and 3 project, Bechtel has completed 3.1 million job hours without a lost-time accident. The company has been at the site since 2000.
• The Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory has exceeded 1.8 million hours without a lost-time accident for the first time in its history.
• Employees constructing the Riocell plant at Guaíba completed 2.6 million hours - and the project - without a lost-time accident.
• As work nears completion at this coal-fired power station in Queensland, employees have recorded 10 consecutive months - 2.5 million hours - without a lost-time accident.
• Bechtel employees have worked 2.4 million hours without a lost-time accident at this microelectronics assembly and test facility.
• Nevada Test Site employees recently reached a safety milestone: 1.1 million job hours without a lost-time accident. Bechtel manages the outdoor laboratory and experimental center.
